Our gas cartridge was already a frontrunner in terms of breathing resistance. Thanks to this upgrade, it is now noticeably lower, which has further improved breathing comfort significantly. With this optimisation, we have taken a clear lead – whilst maintaining the same reliable protection! Even the breathing resistance of a combination gas and particulate filter is now as low as that of a Moldex FFP mask.
We have incorporated our many years of experience in mould making, aerodynamics and filter development into the optimisation process. Improved airflow, a further significant reduction in breathing resistance and a slightly larger diameter combined with a lower profile are the key features of our new second-generation gas cartridge. Volume and weight remain the same — comfort is enhanced.
