By submitting data on our website you are agreeing to the following five conditions below. You must not use our online service if you do not consent to the following five conditions.

  1. When you visit our web pages it is standard practice to save data temporarily, such as the IP address of the requesting computer or the date of access.

In principle, we will only use this data when necessary to provide an online service or to facilitate a transacting with users.
  3. We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if it is necessary in order to deal with an actual enquiry; for example, we may pass on a product enquiry to your nearest appointed dealership or in the unlikely event of authorities requesting your details we may be legally, or judicially obliged to pass them on.

  1. You may at anytime request to view information regarding your personal data saved by Moldex or ask for it to be amended or deleted. Should you wish Moldex to delete any of your data captured on this websites database, this will be done immediately. You reserve the right at anytime to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for general or specific purposes. To do this, please either complete the on line form on this website or write to us at: Moldex-Metric AG & Co. KG, Tübinger Straße 50, 72141 Walddorfhäslach, Germany.
  2. In some circumstances we save information in the form of so-called internet cookies on your computer. The use of a cookie has no connection with personal information provided by you on the website. It is still possible to use our web pages if you have disabled the receipt of cookies via your browser. However, this may lead to some site functions no longer working, or only doing so to a limited extent.

Security and validity

Moldex continuously endeavours to take all appropriate measures to protect your personal data from loss, falsification, manipulation and unauthorised access by third parties. We will handle your data in compliance with the requirements of the data protection laws currently in force in the Federal Republic of Germany and will observe the boundaries drawn by data protection provisions within the law on competition. Statistical analysis (Google Analytics)

This Moldex website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and allow your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will normally be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and saved there. If the IP anonymizer on this website is activated, Google will shorten your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or other member states of the European Economic Area. The full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases only. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website in order to analyse your use of the website, compile reports on website activities and provide the website operator with additional services connected with website usage and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be linked to other data by Google. You can prevent the installation of the cookies by using an appropriate setting in your browser software; this being the case, however, we would point out that you may not be able to use all the functions on this website. In addition, you can prevent Google from recording the data generated by the cookie in relation to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) and from processing these data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Google Analytics is used by this website with the code extension "_anonymizeIp()". As Google Analytics only processes shortened IP addresses, therefore, it is not possible to identify a user by means of the (shortened) IP address.

Amendments to data protection provisions

We reserve the right to amend and alter these data protection provisions. We will publish any changes to the data protection provisions on this page. Previous versions of our data protection provisions will continue to be available on this page so that you can see what changes have been made.
